Our team
Charles holds a bachelor's degree in Negotiation from KEDGE Bordeaux and a master's degree in Financial Management from EXCELIA. He began his career as an industrial management controller, contributing to financial missions and ERP implementations. In 2011, Charles joined the world of recruitment and headhunting, and had the opportunity to cover many international markets with offices based in Switzerland, France, the United Arab Emirates, Singapore, Indonesia and Canada. Today, he aims to provide his clients with advice that takes the best from each of these countries.
Charles partners with medium-sized and large companies, assisting them in the search, selection, and implementation of succession plans for Expert, Manager, and C-Level positions.
Charles is keen to help national and multinational companies organize their teams to generate growth. With a long-term vision and an eye for sustainable development, he will help you achieve and exceed your objectives.

Senija, a graduate of EHL - Ecole Hôtelière de Lausanne, has been collaborating with Charles since 2022 in Geneva and Zurich. As a Talent Management Associate, she is currently building her own client portfolio while continuing to work alongside Charles on C-Level headhunting mandates.

Christophe has been working in the recruitment sector since 2019. His innovative approach has enabled him to achieve numerous successes, even in difficult times such as the Covid crisis. Christophe is an essential cog in the wheel when it comes to matching the best talent with complex business needs. After a career in business development in France and Canada, he has been recruiting IT profiles for companies in French-speaking Switzerland for the past two years.
